As well as having the pleasure of completing our Hajj the group took time to advance their Islamic knowledge through visits to Mosques and historical sights.

The Mosque of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) the grace, splendour and beauty of which one can never forget, visiting his grave, giving him greetings and
performing Prayer in his Mosque which has the reward of one thousand Prayers offered elsewhere except at the Al-Haram Mosque in Makkah.

Moving out of the Mosque and across the courtyard and street one arrives at Janna-tul-Baqe’e, the famous cemetery of Madinah where up to ten thousand companions of the Prophet(pbuh) including many family members of the Prophet’s household are buried.
